このたび、誠に急なお知らせではございますが、本日開催の取締役会において、親会社であるALTOUR International社（本社：米国ニューヨーク州ニューヨーク市）との資本並びに業務提携の解消を決議し、即日付で実施することとなりましたので、ここにお知らせ申し上げます。
これまで皆様方には長年にわたり多大なるご支援とご協力を賜りましたこと、心より御礼申し上げます。
これに伴い、旧アルツアージャパンチームは、新会社「NousTravel Japan（ヌートラベルジャパン）」として新たに事業を開始いたします。今後は、経験豊富な人材の増員とともに、世界規模での24時間オペレーション体制のさらなる強化を図り、迅速かつ透明性の高い意思決定を実現することで、新たな事業体制を確立してまいります。これにより、旅行手配業務全般のさらなる強化と、独立による経営基盤の向上を通じて、一層のサービス向上と事業成長を目指してまいります。
また、NousTravel Japanは、既に米国にて事業展開を行っているNousTravel社（本社：米国テキサス州）と事業提携契約を締結し、同社の「Resource（リソース、経営資源）」を活用しながら、従来と同様の事業方針のもと事業を推進してまいります。なお、本日付で解消するALTOUR社との資本関係とは異なり、代表取締役社長兼CEO 岩間俊之のもと、同社とは資本関係を伴わない独立した法人として、独自の運営体制にて事業を展開してまいります。
米国、英国および日本に在籍する全従業員30余名の新会社への移行およびその準備に伴い、当初の予定では各国において4月中旬から5月にかけて、関係解消の決議を経て段階的に事業開始を予定しておりましたが、準備が整ったことおよび諸般の事情により、このたびの決定に至りました。
そのため、お客様各位ならびにお取引先の皆様には、連絡先や銀行口座の変更等においてご不便とご迷惑をおかけいたしますこと、心よりお詫び申し上げます。
何卒事情をご賢察のうえ、今後とも変わらぬご指導ご鞭撻を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。
略儀ながら、書中をもちまして資本業務提携解消ならびに会社名変更のご挨拶とさせていただきます。
We would like to express our sincere appreciation for your continued support and partnership.
We hereby inform you that, as resolved at the Board of Directors meeting held today, we have terminated our capital and business alliance with our parent company, ALTOUR International, effective immediately.
We are deeply grateful for the longstanding support and collaboration we have received from all of you over the years. Following this transition, the former Altour Japan team will commence operations under a new
entity, NousTravel Japan.
Under this new structure, we will further strengthen our global 24-hour operational capabilities, enhance
our team with highly experienced professionals, and establish a more agile and transparent decision-making framework. Through this evolution, we aim to elevate our service standards and drive continued growth in
our travel management services.
NousTravel Japan has also entered into a strategic partnership with NousTravel, headquartered in Texas,USA.
By leveraging their resources while maintaining our established business philosophy, we will continue
to deliver the same high level of service you have come to expect. Please note that, unlike our previous
relationship with ALTOUR,NousTravel Japan will operate as a fully independent entity under the leadership
of our CEO, Toshiyuki Iwama.
Originally, we had planned a phased transition across the United States, United Kingdom, and Japan between mid-April and May. However, due to the completion of preparations and other circumstances, we have decided to proceed with immediate implementation.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this transition may cause, particularly regarding changes
to contact details and banking information. We kindly ask for your understanding and continued support as
we embark on this new chapter. We remain fully committed to serving you with the same dedication and
excellence.
Please accept this letter as formal notification of the termination of our capital and business alliance
and our company name change.
